Returns & Exchanges
Each Kidkido item is created with great care and love.
Since most of our products are personalized or made to order, we kindly ask customers to carefully review all order details (name spelling, size, color choices) before confirming the purchase.
Personalized and Made-to-Order Items
Personalized items (with embroidered names, initials, or other custom details) cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the item is received damaged or an error has occurred on our part.
This also applies to knitted, crocheted, and other handmade-to-order products, such as custom-sized or color-selected jumpers, hats, booties, and similar items.
Each piece is made especially for you, and for this reason, returns or exchanges are not possible unless there is a production mistake.
Standard (Non-Personalized) Items
Standard items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
3. Quality Guarantee
If an item is damaged or a mistake has occurred on our part (for example, a name was embroidered incorrectly or the wrong size/design was sent), we will gladly provide a free replacement or a full refund.
