Returns & Exchanges

Most Kidkido products are custom-made and personalized with your chosen name or design. Because these items are created especially for you, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on personalized products, unless the item arrives damaged or an error has been made on our part (such as a spelling mistake or wrong size/color that differs from your order).

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We always want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution – such as offering a discount on your next order or creating a replacement item at a reduced cost.
